lançar a<br>
iniciativa “Best PhD Thesis Award” para distinguir uma Tese de
Doutoramento<br>
nas áreas técnicas cobertas pelo IEEE (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.ieee.org/">https://www.ieee.org/</a>).<br>
Podem candidatar-se ao Prémio os Doutorados que estiveram
inscritos em<br>
programas doutorais em Instituições de Ensino Superior Portuguesas
e que<br>
tenham defendido publicamente a sua Tese de Doutoramento nos anos
de 2019 e<br>
2020. A data limite de candidatura é dia 15 de setembro. Mais

For the first time, the IEEE Portugal Section is launching the
Best PhD<br>
Thesis Award to award a PhD Thesis in the technical areas under
the scope of<br>
IEEE (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.ieee.org/">https://www.ieee.org/</a>).<br>
Applications to the award can be submitted by former PhD students
who were<br>
enrolled in a PhD program in a Portuguese Higher Education
Institution and<br>
have publicly defended his/her Thesis in years 2019 and 2020. The<br>
application deadline is 15 September. More information regarding
