Since joining PA Consulting, Erlend has worked mainly with service innovation in the public sector. He has experiences in service innovation, implementation of IT-systems, strategy and organisational change in public transport. However, he is now working with service innovation, organisational development and change management in the healthcare sector.<br class=""><br class="">Robert Högvall: Robert has a background in intensive care nursing from Oslo University Hospital, as well as IT engineering from the University in Oslo. He also has broad experience with the development and implementation of large e-health solutions in companies such as Siemens and Cerner.
