Your participation is crucial for the success of this event. Last year's event was a success, due to all the PhD students' contributions. This year we would like to keep the same quality standards.<br><br>We kindly ask you to make a poster of your current research work at ISR to be presented during this event.<br><br>Thank you in advance for your contribution, we inform you of the steps you should follow.<br><br>POSTER PRESENTATION:<br>- Use the template above (.pptx), that you can also find at the event's website, to create your Poster (in case you are using LaTeX, create a Poster respecting the template).<br>- Send us until the 14th of July your poster's title so we can draft the programme and know how many posters we will be having.<br>- Posters should be written in english.<br>- Print the Poster in A1 format and bring it to the event, come in the morning to put it up (if you are not here at the day of the event, make sure the Poster gets to us).<br>- If you require the poster to be funded by the institution, talk with your supervisor and don't forget to include the funding institutions' logos and acknowledgements.<br><br>If you would like the Poster to be publicly available, send it to us when you find it convenient (after the event), and we will post it on the event's website. <br><br>The programme will be revealed soon.<br><br>We would like to ask you for your help to disseminate this event among your fellow PhD students at ISR, in case we have not reached them all.
