Title: Eyegaze estimation using deep appearance in natural environment.

Brief summary: 
The project goal is to develop new algorithms that can give more accurate reading of eye gaze using the standard camera of smartphone/tablet/etc. in natural environments, e.g. outdoor.Instead of local learning in the static model, we propose a global learning approach using multimodal convolutional neural networks (CNN). In the model, the input is only face images, i.e. we do not need to extract eye-area images. 

Duration of the contract: 1 year
