16th) through the Zoom streaming platform.
As per message from the organisers, the sessions will be open to anyone 
willing to attend and participate.

Dear Author,

As previously announced, ICARSC 2020 will be managed through a streaming 
platform, without the participants/speakers having to travel to the 
Azores. This message provides the instructions for attending the ICARSC 
sessions and also to prepare your presentation. No registration fee is 
required to attend ICARSC sessions.

Please, follow these instruction carefully, so that we can all have the 
best experience while attending or presenting at ICARSC 2020.

The ICARSC sessions will be executed using the Zoom/Colibri video 
conferencing system. We will have two sessions to run the entire 
conference (remember that this schedule is using Azores Time - AZOST - 
UTC+0):

- Please, keep your microphones muted during presentation. You can

during Paper discussion, that is opened (and closed) by the Session Chair or
during breaks.
- Remember that Zoom allows you to chat to Everyone and to send chat private
messages to other participants (please, use with moderation but contact the
Session Chair in case of serious problems).
