The Carnegie Mellon Portugal Program and Fundação para a Ciência e a
Tecnologia (FCT), have an open call for up to 12 Ph.D. Dual Degree
scholarships for the 2021/2022 academic year.
Each Ph.D. program has its own application deadline (all in December),

The CMU Portugal Program held its 2020 Orientation Day on October 11,at

*CMU Portugal Session at Ciência 2020 Summit*
On November 4th, the CMU Portugal Program held the Session *“CMU
Portugal – Defining New Frontiers in Technology Within the Health
Sector”* at Ciência 2020 Summit

Conference in Portugal promoted by the Ministry of Science Technology
and Higher Education (MCTES) along with FCT.
This year's edition was mostly remote and the Program was able to host a

Collaborative Research projects related to the Health Sector.

Program and her main ambitions. Most of all, the message that she wants
to leave for other young women is the importance of education and of
believing in yourself.
