CALL FOR ONE RESEARCH GRANT UNDER THE Move4ASD RESEARCH PROJECT

The Institute of Systems and Robotics - University of Coimbra (ISR-UC) opens
a tender for the award of one (1) Research Grant (BI) for Master’s in the
framework of the Project UIDB/0048/2020, designated by Move4ASD -
“Multimodal Motion Analysis Using Machine Learning-based Techniques for
Autism Spectrum Disorder Characterization”, with funding supported by
FCT/MCTES, funded entirely by national funds through the UIDB/0048/2020.

 

Scientific area: Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering, Informatics
Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, Mathematics, Biomedical
Engineering, or others.

 

Work plan/ Objectives: Research and development activities will be carried
out in the area of artificial intelligence (Machine Learning), focusing on
the capture and analysis of multimodal information, human movement and
electroencephalography, during motor imitation activities, with individuals
diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. This project is the result of a
consortium between the ISR-UC and CIBIT research centers, as well as Oxford
University.
