[Open Day]

Dear PhD Students,

Once more, ISR will organize an Open Research Day on the 13th of November. You are expected to prepare a Poster for this event. Your participation is crucial for the success of this event. Last year's event was a success, due to all the PhD students' contributions. This year we would like to keep the same quality standards.

We kindly ask you to make a poster of your current research work to be presented during this event.

Thank you in advance for your contribution, we inform you of the steps you should follow below:

POSTER PRESENTATION:
- Use the template above (.pptx), that you can also find at the event's website, to create your Poster (in case you are using LaTeX, create a Poster respecting the template).
- Register you participation as quickly as possible here:

- When your poster is ready upload it to the link present in the form above, until the 11th of November. This is important so that we can print your poster for you the day before the event. If you do not upload the poster you will be responsible for funding its printing and setting it up on the day.
- The poster has to respect the template, especially the FCT's funding information that is present at the bottom.
- Design the Poster in A1 format.

The programme will be revealed soon.

Please also register you presence at the event as an attendee.

We would like to ask you for your help to disseminate this event among your fellow PhD students at ISR, in case we have not reached them all. Potential attendees will have to register for free at the website below.
