Initiatives *- Visiting Faculty & Researchers

Supported by the Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT) under the 
CMU Portugal Program, these initiatives fund research stays at Carnegie 
Mellon University <https://t.e2ma.net/click/5itjwl/xw6s46/dpbgtib> (CMU) 
in Pittsburgh *for 2 weeks to 4 months, during 2027.*

*Visiting Faculty & Researchers*

The *CMU Portugal Visiting Faculty & Researchers Program *will support 
*up to 10 grantees* to spend *between 2 weeks and 4 months in 2027, 
*collaborating in research, education, and innovation in ICT with peers 
at CMU to experience its culture and best practices.

The *CMU Portugal Visiting Students Initiative offers up to 14 master’s 
students or recent graduates* (degree awarded within the last 5 years in 
Portugal) *in ICT-related fields* the opportunity to conduct research at 
CMU for 2 weeks to 4 months throughout 2027.
